Short version

Dean Bubley is an independent telecoms, wireless and technology policy analyst, consultant and speaker with 30+ years' experience. He is the founder of Disruptive Analysis and convener of the 6G Reset forum. He provides outspoken, grounded perspectives on network evolution, industry strategy, regulation and emerging technologies.

Medium version

Dean specialises in mobile and telecoms, viewed in broader technological, governmental and societal contexts. He covers 5G, 6G, Wi-Fi, voice and network AI, spectrum and broadband policy, edge and cloud computing, enterprise private networks, IoT, new telecom business models, eSIM, network APIs, and voice and video communications. He was formerly an equity analyst covering communications stocks with the UK arm of Robert W. Baird, and spent eight years at Datamonitor. He holds a BA in Physics from Keble College, Oxford University.
